Terms
Last updated October 5, 2026.
These terms apply when you use Confetti. By continuing, you agree to them. If you use Confetti for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.
Using Confetti
Confetti is an AI assistant you can reach through WhatsApp. It runs in the cloud. Optional Google, GitHub, and Granola connections let the assistant work with email, documents, calendars, tasks, repositories, and meeting notes. Use Confetti only with devices, accounts, and information you are allowed to access, and in a lawful, respectful way. Keep your WhatsApp account and connected services secure.
Instructions and actions
Your instructions authorize Confetti to use enabled connections to carry out the work you request, including background work. Actions may run without a separate confirmation at every step. Depending on your instructions and granted access, this can include sending messages, changing or deleting data, interacting with websites and apps, and executing terminal commands. Confetti may still ask for clarification, confirmation, or a permission that it needs.
Be clear about the outcome you want and any limits on the task. AI can make mistakes or misunderstand context. Review important results and consequential actions before relying on them. You remain responsible for your instructions and activity in accounts you connect. You can disconnect services or revoke their permissions in your account settings. These controls do not reverse completed actions.
Your content
Your accounts, messages, documents, files, and other content remain yours. Confetti processes them as needed to provide the features you use, as explained in our Privacy Policy. Confetti's software, design, branding, and other product materials belong to us or our licensors. If you share feedback, we may use it to improve Confetti.
Connected services and availability
Confetti depends on other services, including Google, Meta's WhatsApp services, AI providers, and hosting providers. Their terms, permissions, availability, and messaging windows can affect what Confetti can do. You are responsible for complying with the terms of the services you use through Confetti.
Scheduled or background work depends on cloud services and the required account permissions. It may be delayed or fail if these services are unavailable. We cannot promise uninterrupted service, exact execution times, or error-free results.
To the extent allowed by law, Confetti is provided “as is” and “as available.” Nothing in these terms limits legal rights or responsibilities that cannot be limited. We may suspend or end access when reasonably needed to protect people, address misuse, comply with law, or discontinue the product.
Changes to Confetti and these terms
We may add, change, or remove features and integrations to improve the product, keep it safe and reliable, comply with law, or adapt to services we depend on. If a change meaningfully reduces the service or affects your rights, we will give reasonable notice when practical. You can stop using Confetti at any time.
We may update these terms as Confetti evolves. We will keep this page current and give reasonable notice before material changes take effect. If you do not agree with an update, you can stop using Confetti.
